Q: I don’t own a business. Can I still purchase products from Neutron?
A: Yes! Many Neutron customers fall in love with our products at work and want to use them at home. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Q: Where can I purchase Neutron products in my area of the country?
A: Since Neutron sells directly to businesses, our products are not available through dealers or retail outlets. Neutron’s team of Account Managers and Customer Service professionals personally serves the needs of our customers on all fronts: product information and usage; business support; and account management. We believe in the importance of providing one point person to be your main contact, so that we can understand the needs of your business and serve you better.

Q: I only want to purchase one single can. Do I have to buy a case?
A: Because Neutron manufactures its products and sells them directly to businesses, we’re able to give you more for your money when you purchase by the case. Q: Can I make up my own mixed cases of NI-712 and AutoScents?
A: We do offer several mixed case options in both NI-712 and AutoScents; these variety packs include a combination of top-selling scents in each line. However, if you want to create your own unique case, you can purchase single units in the way that you want them. Q: Can you send me samples of your products?
A: We do not offer product samples for most of our products, but many of our customers find it helpful to purchase our products and then test them side-by-side with their current products. They typically find that our high-quality products simply outperform what they were using before. In addition, Neutron does offer a performance guarantee. If our products do not perform exactly as we say they will, we will make it right. Q: What if Neutron's products don't work for me as expected?
