Germicidal Giant:  Unfortunately, it’s impossible to know if customers are infected with diseases that could be passed on to your staff or other customers.  Travelers may not realize they have contracted a disease in another country and may unwittingly spread it before they realize they are seriously ill.  Daily use of hospital-grade disinfectant cleaner, Germicidal Giant, goes a long way toward preventing the spread of disease.  It’s cheap insurance that pays off in a healthy, productive staff and customers who like to come back time after time because they trust the level of cleanliness in your facility.  Instruct your staff to spray Germicidal Giant on all bathroom surfaces as soon as they begin cleaning.   While they’re dusting and vacuuming, allow the product to work for 10 minutes.  This provides complete “kill” for viruses, bacteria and mold.         

Germicidal Giant is an excellent cleaner and will dissolve soap scum, grease and oil.  Simply wipe disinfected surface clean with a clean cloth.  (Tip:  Do not spray in areas you intend to treat with D-Molish (see below).

Grout Genie:  If the tile or shower stall in the bathroom is heavily soiled, or if hard water deposits are beginning to build up, use Grout Genie after disinfecting. Clinging foam dissolves soap scum and hard water build-up on tile, grout, plastic and chrome. Spray on with the foamer sprayer supplied and let the product work for a few minutes.  Then rinse or wipe off with damp cloth.  Use a grout brush for heavy deposits. Do not use on marble or antique porcelain as it may etch these surfaces.

D-Molish:  This “miracle product” removes make-up, food, blood, urine, feces and other organic stains and odors from linens, carpets and upholstery.  For carpets and upholstery, clean up as much of the mess as you can, mist with D-Molish and cover as long as possible with a damp towel.  Repeat if necessary until stain and odor are gone.  Dampen linen stains with water and spray on D-Molish.  Let work for several hours before laundering.  Test fabrics and carpet for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.  D-Molish is safe to use around people, pets, marine life and plants when used as directed.  (Tip: Thoroughly rinse areas treated with disinfectants before using D-Molish.)

Over time, uric salt deposits from urine overspray around the toilet build up in the tile and grout.  This is probably the source of odors in bathrooms that look spotless, but don’t smell clean.  Spray D-Molish around the base of the toilet and on the wall behind the stool.  Mist with water and let it dry.  Used daily, D-Molish will prevent uric salts build up.

Cruderator:  For build up of greasy dirt and grime in sliding door tracks, under vending and ice machines, and as a non-acid cleaner for heavy soap scum on shower doors and tile and grout, Cruderator is unbeatable.  Spray on, let it work for a few minutes, then just wipe it away with the “crud” underneath. 

NI-712 Goo Remover:  If it’s sticky or stubborn, Goo Remover gets it off.   Removes chewing gum, adhesives, decals, labels, stickers and contact paper.  Also dissolves tracked-in tar, black heel marks, crayons and markers.  Spray on and wipe off or use a small amount on a soft rag.  Safe to use on carpeting, clothing, upholstery, tile, concrete, paneling, even on skin to remove fresh oil-based paint. Test carpet and upholstery in an inconspicuous area for color fastness.  Ready-to-use….do not dilute.   No harsh chemical fumes…just the sweet scent of oranges.                                       

Spot Blaster:  Housekeepers nationwide rave about Spot Blaster.  Patented blast-action valve penetrates deep into carpet fibers for aggressive stain removal.  Lifts out the toughest stains- ink, grease, coffee, mustard, pop and many more.  Use as a pre-treat before shampoo or extraction cleaning.  Unique upside down valve allows the user to spray standing up.  The secret to getting great results with Spot Blaster is to BLOT, DON’T RUB!    Rubbing the stain drives it deeper into carpet fibers and on to the backing which will act as a reservoir for the stain causing it to “wick” back up into the carpet in a day or two.  Spray the stain thoroughly with Spot Blaster.  Using a clean, dry cloth, blot the area carefully allowing the stain to wick into the clean cloth.  Repeat for stubborn stains.  If the stain is very old and has been “set” by other cleaning products or extraction cleaning, some trace of the stain may remain.
